When my husband and I sat down to plan our wedding, we knew we needed to hire a wedding planner.

When my husband and I sat down to plan our wedding, we knew we needed to hire a wedding planner. As a busy couple that is often on the road traveling for work, we wanted to find a local professional that would guide us through one of the most important experiences of our lives and ease the burden and stress.

Enter OneTouch Events! On our initial introduction call with Jillian, we both felt at ease. Before jumping into the details of the wedding, she focused on getting to know us and learning about our love story. I also had a list of detailed questions and Jillian knocked them out of the park. We hired her the very next day.

Jillian was professional from day one and helped anchor us to 3 priorities for our big day. Those anchors guided us throughout our 15 month planning process. With Team OneTouch, we got not just 1 awesome planner but 2! Val was Jillian’s right hand and helped make our experience even more special. They were both organized, responsive, and utilized their relationships to find us the very best vendors. In addition to wanting a true project manager, we wanted a planner that had an eye for design to help us bring our vision to life, and Jillian did just that.

Jillian was also flexible, which is such an important quality. When an initial vendor proposal came in over budget, we asked Jillian to find us other options, no questions asked, she did just that. Anytime we wanted to take a more untraditional route, Jillian shared any risks/concerns but got right on board to help make what we wanted, happen.
